Jack's - Pinson

Horrible, took 35 minutes to get to the window just to get the wrong order. Didn't have enough time to fix it. This place needs help. I won't come back until I hear it better. Worse than before, LOL was rebuilt. I wish I could give less than 1 star

MY GOD!!! At some point we go here (where no more) it takes 40 minutes. Single. Time. We are so finished with this place, HOLY SMOKES!!!! If the order is correct, which is rare, it will literally take almost an hour to get it every time. In line 45 minutes. FOURTY. I should be eligible for a refund, but I will even be disturbed. Shut up, please.

Great new restaurant. Totally rebuilt. Staff have a much better attitude than before. Food is great.

This facility is absolutely beautiful, the location is great, they have a changing station in the men's bathroom for clean. The establishment was great that people just happened so to the worst experience I ever had a fast food restaurant, I noticed that when I took orders, the attitude was not polite and polite as you would expect and despite more than enough people on the staff it seems that nobody could take their order.

So happy that they are open, but they really need some training. Cold greasy food just doesn't do it for me. Will give them some time and try again.
