Meusel's Landdrostei - Pinneberg

Came here for their gluten-free burgers this is probably the most spectacular historical building of Pinneberg, today in a role as a cultural center, with this restaurant in the basement imo very cozy, pleasing interior with an eye for detail, seemingly shooting for 'best restaurant in town, and popular with a local, older, more affluent crowd. Prices not cheap at all. a bit of a weird mix on the menu, which would be a challenge to any cook; burger, sushi, steak, duck, Hamburg classics like Labskaus, but hey if they can pull it off why not; they got great reviews, all looking good! until the food arrived ... or at first didn 't arrive, we didn 't even have our drinks 30 minutes after arrival, and the reason it came so late and after we reminded them, the server said was that they had had difficulties with the beer. Why not serving at least the other drinks faster then? why not asking us if another kind of beer or drink would be preferred if that could be had faster? The 'homemade ' raspberry lemonade was done with ready-made syrup but priced as a specialty lol. And sorry guys: the burger. Please don 't do homemade bread if it tastes that dry. Please don 't do such a flavorless thing of a burger. The chips were very good, but ultimately not enough to save this experience Peeking at other diners ' plates, idk, didn 't look like they did any better there And guys ... don 't spell your business name with 'Deppenapostroph ', even if your local supermarket does too. Not a good look.

We were here on Saturday to the camper dinner, it was very nice (tablecloth, candle,... the 3-course menu totally delicious and super friendly service! We can only recommend it to everyone, go and try it out...

Very delicious food, nice service. Also in Corona times an excellent choice with food to pick up.
