Food City Bakery - Piney Flats

The cake was delicious. Trying to get a customized cake was a little bit of a challenge. When we picked up the cake, it looked a little unfinished on one of the decorated parts and we had to ask the lady to fix it. She wasn't friendly at all and looked put out that we would ask for a slight fix. We wouldn't go back to this bakery for a custom cake again, but go to a different location.

Iv been battling cancer the last few months and just didnt have the energy to make thanksgiving dinner this year. i picked up your already to eat dinner and it was wonderful. im also not able to talk without a device and your staff was so nice helping me and understanding me. i feel very blessed to have you as my local store, thank you so much

Produce is not very good at all. Grapes and apples were nasty.

I'm from Texas and would compare this store to the smaller HEB's. They share some of the small town heart. Not only do you get the normal grocery store stuff but they also have a fantastic deli that has make your own salad antipasto soup taco bar and a couple other things. The store itself is very clean and well organized. Every single team member of the store was very nice courteous and helpful. If we lived here this would definitely be our go to for groceries! Well done and keep up the great work.
