Great smoothies can't go in though only drive through

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered through the app but waited almost 10 minutes at the window, no apologies, even though there were 3 people inside and I was the only person in both lines. Ordered 2 of the same smoothies and they tasted different, dobetter.

Usally I would give 4 or 5 stars but not tonight. I understand wanting to clean up and go home. I work in retail so I get it, at the end of your shift you dont care to be bothered. We got to the drive through almost 20 mins till 9. The lights in drive through was on. One of the two girls working could have atleast told us they closed early instead of finally coming by the window laughing. If your going to say your open until 9 you should atleast stay open until 10 mins till or turn the drive through sign lights off.

I love going here, the smoothies are always good, but I was checking if they were hiring and the lady was a little rude (take some time to learn customer service chick . The people at the window are almost always nice though.

I was the only person in lane when I got there. I waited 49 minutes for my order, which was only one smoothie, and he came back 2 different times to ask me what I ordered! I could hear the guy fussing and cussing from my car. If I wouldn’t have paid, I would have drove off!
