Bidrage med feedbackWe have gone to this restaurant before, so we know that there is always a waiting time. We were surprised to see that they use this app, soon our way there we me made the reservation . It does states that is not an actual reservation, and that you will still have to wait... But when we got there, it was like if we didn 't do anything. Waiting time was from 30 to 35 minutes... We ended waiting about an hour. Service... Well is pandemic times... We understand that... No staff... Anyway, food was what we expected, at the end of the day, we eat what we we wanted.
The restaurant was under staffed with hardly any customers. We waited 45mins for the server to tell us they ran out of lettuce for my salad and potatoes. It was crazy we will not be back again
The call ahead seating from OpenTable was a joke. About 15 people were standing in the lobby- the seating had all been removed. We waited about 15 minutes, during which time only a single employee came to the podium to take a call- did not acknowledge anyone, or take down or call any names. It is obvious this Red Lobster is only interested in take-out.
Unfortunately this was not a reservation so we still waited 45 minutes. Once we say we waited another 10 for service, the bar drinks were awful then as soon as our food arrived the lower went our and we ate our meal in the dark. The power never did come back on and we were still expecting yes to pay for our bill. Will never return or recommend.
It was good. A long wait for our food. Waitress was good.
