Little Caesars Pizza - Pineville

I do love the pizza here, especially for the price, but the last few times that I have ordered have been ridiculous. I used the app to order online and it gives me a pickup time, except every time I show up there pizza is not ready. It's been 30 minutes longer than the app tells me and one time it was 45 minutes later. I have been waiting for my pizza, had people walk in, order and receive their pizza before me every time. This last time no one even asked to help me until I still there for 10 minutes. I love the Little Caesars chain, but this location obviously doesn't care about those who order online.

Terrible service, unfriendly staff, an hour wait for my order, and it was incomplete. There was no refund or compensation offered. Additionally, the interior was filthy and unkempt.

The staff is quick and friendly, and the pizza is always hot and fresh. Just a tip: don’t be like Richard and park in the fire zone!

I visited Little Caesars at 6:28 PM and ordered a deep dish three meats pizza. The young lady informed me that they were out of that pizza, but that they had one available. After getting home and tasting it, I realized it wasn’t cooked properly. I called the restaurant four times, but each time they hung up on me. Frustrated, I returned to Little Caesars to discuss the problem with the pizza. They told me they couldn't accept it back because I had taken a few bites. By 7:00 PM, the manager assured me they would make a new one for me. Now, at 7:19 PM, the manager finally replaced my pizza with a new one. This experience was very disappointing. It’s disheartening to pay for something and not receive proper service when there’s an issue. If I could give a zero rating, I would.

I drove from the parish of Grant all the way to 28 east, while I called there 3 different times and left the phone for 10 minutes the last time raised and parking was empty a worker standing outside on the phone and someone was sweeping. There is no way that someone was unable to answer the phone and saw how they left and ignore the phone that the manager up here should obviously be fired. Food is usually good, but this is just the franchise service is terrible.
