Pasta House - Pinetop-Lakeside

Forget about orders on pizza or any food! They don’t answer their phones!! Go some where else to eat or order food. This place thinks it’s to good to take orders on the phone.

Why are your employees so rude. We are from out of town here for a tournament. If you think we wanted to dinner in your establishment, your so wrong. Glad we went to simple but friendly establishments. I wish nothing but bad carma to all your nasty employees.

My husband and I made a reservation online and when we got there at the allotted time we were told that they don't do reservations for only two people. But I made the reservation for 5:15 and we were told it would be 45 minutes before they could get us in. The manager, the short blonde haired one, was so rude to us. No apologies or anything, just turned her back and walked away. We will never come to this restaurant to eat especially after driving 45 minutes to get here and having a reservation confirmed. Whatever you do don't make a google reservation online because it's fake. No apology just a smug attitude and basically accused of lying about making the reservation. Too bad, as we were so excited to have a nice dinner out and celebrate my husband's birthday.

Very clean and very good food! Water glass never got below half full, very great service!

This is a quant little restaurant with excellent food and service. They make great martinis, too. It's small, so get their early, but better yet, make a reservation.
