Wendy's - Pinellas Park

I struggled to give them two stars, because eating was good and the service was good, but they could literally see their breath in the side of the dining room. it was absolutely ice cold everyone in themselves was complaining how cold it was, but they didn't care. If I was the district manager and went into this freeze cabinet, I would fire the manager in front of location.

Upsetting cause while waiting for food we noticed a employee preparing our food with no gloves on. The drink machines not working. But i have to say the young lady in register so very polite and helpful so sad i can't remember her name. Tall long hair glasses she look Hispanic ?

The place was dirty. Trash overflowing. Employees are standing around talking. They have time to lean which means that time should be used to clean!The digital menus were not all working. Glad I knew what I wanted! The one request was not granted, had to have them remake the burger. The nuggets were old, chewy, and cold. The French fries were cold and not completely filled. Customer service is lacking as well. Will not be going back anytime soon.

I usually enjoy Wendy’s for a quick burger. I live 2 minutes away from this location, which is the only reason I continuously ATTEMPT to order food from there. I try maybe twice a month to place and order here and I would say 70% of the time, their “system is down and are unable to take orders at this time.” Another 10% of the time they can, “only accept cash at this time.” It’s gotten to the point where after a month or so, I’ll try again and make a small bet with myself whether or not they will actually be able to sell food. I don’t know if anyone at a district level reads these reviews, but you need to do something. The level of business you are losing must be insane.

The attitude with the staff is disgusting. I come there everyday and tonight with the three lil girls in there was unprofessional attitude slick mouth again this a fast food joint u don't like ur job find a new one. I sat at speaker with line of cars nobody Infront of me or at window and had to ask them y has my order still not been taken I get to window service was sad all three employees standing in front I see y u have a line of cars the truck Infront of me was pulled off property and I'm still not even being asked for my order smh the shift tonight 10pm with these three girls I'll never bring my services back or my family
