Here for 1st time, vermicelli with tofu and shrimp paste and vermicelli with duck bamboo shoots are excellent, good Service we will be back for difference Next time. They earn my 5 stars

Terrible service, food, atmosphere. Meals delivered 1 at a time every 5 or 10 minutes. 6 people. Childrens meals forgotten. There were no other customers there. Skip this place!!!

I never leave reviews, never feel the need to. This place was dead when we came in. All employees managers sitting at the tables. Not one customer. We sat down was given menus. We ordered our food then a group came in after us. They got their food left before we did. We got our rangoons they were still frozen. Another party of two came in they got their food left before we did once again. We got our entrees one by one. We waited for our kids food to come out, but it never came. We mentioned to the server Patrica she said “are we forgetting anything else?” I am a server know how the industry works, so we tried to be patient. It took another 20 minutes before my kids even got their food. Not only did they not check on us, they sat there starred at us. Then a lady that seems to be a manager went to sit down at the table with two of her phones to have personal conversations laugh on her phone. The server didn’t check on how our late entree was, but she was ready to ask if we were ready for our check. The rice was undercooked the kids could barely chew it. If there is no customers why was it so hard to get things right? Maybe the no customers should’ve been a warning to us. If I could give a zero star I would. Even with poor service I will tip 18%. We gave them nothing, so that should tell you. They are lucky we paid at all.
