From someone who has been eating waiters since a young child, I always loved their spicy chicken sandwiches and pommes! But that's not my first time with such an experience and I can't hold my mouth again. I know how chicken sandwiches look when they're burned. It should have a golden brown finish. It was very clear that they were burned. Politically returned to the drive to explain my problem and was said they could try again to solve the problem. Waited in the parking space for another 5 minutes to get more burned chicken. I don't know how anyone can see the sandwiches that it burns in their heads? that looks edible and serve twice? You want to tell me in the photo that you advertising the chicken looked dark almost black? My friend also ordered a simple burger one side was burned other side was boiled. Then the second they tried to repair the sandwich was completely undercooked had no crust at all on both sides. Then the boldness has to say we never had burgers. Also the nerve to have an attitude because we have requested a refund? for the SANDWICHES? How? Terrible customer service will not come back to this rookie filled operation. Fries were ok Mozzarella sticks were all right they forgot my marinara sauce to start it so that there is a good thing that she messed up so I could get back and that I think 1/10

This location can be specially designed to make a burger or a chicken sandwich right. I'll come back to this place. US19 CHECKERS I COME!!! The staff at the top is terrible. You have no character good customer service skills. How do you know they're training this right? The staff probably didn't make any training videos that it shows! re all just in there to collect a check that is completely good w/ me, his not my restaurant but not get all boo-hoo upset because I want my money back. I knew it was a bad idea to come here to start with it. Fries was good, I'll give you that. I would not have left this bad review if you had filled my fry lover XL on the rim

Second checker in the area I drove into today. Did a trail open first, or was someone in work? Secondly, no one answered the windows because they had signs on the box that the microphone didn't work. My little one loves her fries, but I won't waste time looking for another.
