Iced mocha tasted like diluted chocolate milk with a splash of extremely burnt coffee water and some foul tasting ice. Undrinkable

Ordered a caramel macchiato and it was not good. I also ordered a ham and cheese croissant and it was given to me cold.

Popped in looking for a yummy iced drink that's a bit more than just coffee, and I'm hooked on the brown sugar shaken espresso. I remembered having a vanilla foam at a different branch and decided to add it. Bam! Let there be magic. The service was great, and both employees were welcoming and helpful. Alejandro even went out of his way to fix my friend's drink after realizing she had originally asked for decaf, and to fix it, they had placed a regular shot. It's a small branch with only seating outside but with an iced drink on hand, it's a great place to people watch.

The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding, with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. They prepare everything with care and attention to detail.

Each time I visit, the experience gets steadily worse. I ordered a venti matcha with light ice, but what they gave me was far from that.
