Dunkin' - Pine Street, Bridgewater

I ordered about $40 worth of food for a function this morning and they asked me to wait in the parking spot while they finished. No problem! As the woman came out to give me everything she said next time you order this big would you please come in ... I 'm sorry but that is what they pay you for. great customer experience right? i already dont like dunkin, but this dunkin will never be gone to again by me. food was a mess, the drinks sucked. great job dunkin.

I have been going to this Dunkin for over 5 years, nearly every day Mon Fri on my way to work. The folks who work here are funny and kind they even remember my order most mornings just by my voice, which honestly warms my heart. I have always received great service here and just wanted to share my experience!

Ordered one thing. It was rung up wrong. Never checked why it was twice normal price.
