Red Lobster - Pine Bluff

The cookies were good as always... my lobster was like rubber, it was burned into the bowl... Salmon had no taste. Maybe it was just a bad day for this place

The wife and I went out on a spur of the moment date night if you will, and we wanted Red Lobster. We've been to this location before. We got there around 8:45pm. They close at 10. Walked in and was greeted by the host Curly, and our server Cameron. I've driven in every state in this country and ate at probably too many restaurants. Yall....this guy! Hands down, the very best server I have ever had! A young guy, but very friendly, eager to wait on us, knowledgeable! You could tell he was very good at his job! I even told the manager about him, and she confirmed he was her best server! The food...oh my! Spot on and SOO GOOD! Over all, an outstanding experience! We will definitely be back...when he's working though. Don't want nobody else. If you haven't been, you're missing out! Go see Cameron and let him make your night a very pleasant one. Keep up the excellent job Cameron!

While traveling to Hardy, Arkansas my husband and I decided to eat at Red Lobster ? in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. We was very disappointed. Our waitress was nice, but she couldn't make up for everything we ordered, they were out of it. For instance, lettuce, bake potatoes, broccoli even A1 steak sauce. Their rice dish was cold and my steak was tender but over cooked. And our waitress needed some help, she didn't have time to refill our tea glasses. And then when we went to check out they expected us to check out on a gadget on our table. It took 10 or 15 minutes to pay the bill. And the prices are over the top. I'm sure we will not stop there again.

I love this place! The food is always fresh and hot! The customer service is top notch! No long waits on getting your order. Food is served quickly! And those cheddar bay butter biscuits are soooo good!

The food is so good. Great soup too. The shrimp was really good.Cooked to perfection but the Lobster was over cooked and tough. Everything else was good. Steaks are very small but good.
