Kfc - Pine Bluff

The wait for my food was quite long, but the staff was very courteous. They clearly took their role seriously. It was lunchtime, so I understand that they were busy, yet the staff maintained a calm demeanor and handled everything efficiently. They prioritized the drive-thru, which makes sense. Although I was disappointed by the wait, the professionalism of the staff shone through. When my food was finally ready, the gentleman who took my order made sure to inform me. Good people deserve good food, but they could definitely use more employees.

The chicken tastes so much better when this young man, Stephen Reed, prepares it. You can really taste the difference in his cooking. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see him this time. We had to send some of the chicken back because it wasn't cooked properly and was tough.
