Orchid - Pimpri

What a wonderful experience living in The ORCHID, balewadi! I was there for almost days this time. It’s like a second home for me not just because of amenities but also but also kindness treatment of staff working there. Miss Gargi and Miss Payal...welcome with cute smile on the face.Mr.samarthak and Mr.Saurabh were very eager to serve.Mr.Pradosh made billing easier. Miss Ankita gourmet shop served me cappuccino with crispy cookies very well Miss.Pallavi and Miss Rupal were always there to welcome my guests and me in the restaurant with polite and graceful face. In the restaurant Mr.Arif is energetic and quick in servicing, whereas Mr.Ramu is much disciplined and traditional kind of person. I liked behaviour of Mr.Arif and Mr.Ramu both there in the restaurant. Miss.Poja from banquet sales given me very informative tour of hotel.So I can suggest to my company about this cool property.Mr.Swapnil Deshmane is the man of the word as he helps me to get room extension very easily.I am sure Mr. Swapnil is very ambitious sales person and can sell anything including hotel(kidding) Bar attender Mr.Ashwin from kerla is very supportive and of knowledge of different alcohols.DJ accepts always our songs request making wonderful experience. The most and important part of hotel is wonderful art done by Mr.Vijay (housekeeping) He made extraordinary and surprising arts waving and made me live for week as so. Thanks for Orchid for providing such an outstanding service. I’m loving The Orchid hotel. Abhishek S B

The food quality was much below standard norms. Taste, portion as well as service were below average. This is at least not expected from ITC/Fortune hotels.

Had a fantastic time over the last weekend when I was at Orchid , hinjewadi Pune .A decent and calm.place for stay and enjoy their good quality food . Excellent service , wide spread in breakfast menu made our stay truely memorable . Good staff..., well maintained and ideal location to stay in Pune .

Stayed at The Orchid for a night. They have recently started a special floor for solo women travellers. The floor has a female security guard, interiors done to suit female tastes and the bathroom is loaded with supplies like a nail cutter, nail polish remover, lotions, face wash, apart from the usual shower gel and shampoo, conditioner. The rooms were spotless ant the beds were extremely comfortable and large. Right from the check-in staff, everyone was very courteous and polite. We were ushered into the room by a smiling, friendly female staff member even though it was well past midnight. She also showed us the security cameras installed outside each room door that allows the guest to see who is at the door. Overall, highly recommended!

We went to Orchid for a team lunch. It was Tuesday and the restaurant was so quiet as if we booked the full banquet hall. They don't provide buffet for less than 15 people and hence you have to book it in advance. We had no option but to take alacarte. Looking at the empty restaurant, everyone got bit skeptical about the food. We started with soup and veg/non-veg starters. Adding to our cynicism, they took so long to serve that. Service is poor, i must say. We ordered Tuscan soup (Italian),Baked vegetables, kebab and all of it was pretty good. Although, slow service continued everyone liked the taste of food (starters as well as main course). We ended with dessert - plain ice cream.
