Leo's Pizzeria - Pilot Point

I had to blot each slice of pizza with a napkin because it was extremely greasy. My toddler, who can be quite wild, only took two bites before refusing to eat it altogether. I recommend trying this place at your own discretion.

As newcomers to the area, we were excited to try this restaurant based on the glowing recommendations we received. However, after ordering pizza for the first time today, we were thoroughly disappointed. To put it simply, it was terrible. I can’t understand why this place has such high ratings. The pizza was overly greasy, stale, and unbelievably salty—how does one even make a pizza salty? Just a few bites left my stomach hurting. I typically dislike wasting food, but I had no qualms about throwing this away. I wish I had taken a picture to illustrate just how bad it was, but even that wouldn’t do it justice. You might want to heed the positive reviews, but I can assure you, you’ll regret it. Save your time and money and head to Testa Pizzeria in Frisco instead.

Fantastic atmosphere and music, paired with delectable Italian cuisine!

It is just ok. The food is ok. The wait staff is nice and very quite. I had the Philly cheesesteak. It needed more filling. It did not taste like the steak was freshly cooked.

I have been eating at Leo’s for the past 2 years since my daughter attends dance lessons in Pilot Point. Love all the food I have tried…favorites are cannelloni, stromboli, calzone, pizza, fried artichokes, pasta. Good tiramisu and cannolis also. It is not a fancy place but the pizza and food is consistently great, and the staff is friendly. Nice small town atmosphere in a casual setting. Always enjoy eating there.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves eating here, loves the pizza.
