Ernesto's Fine Mexican Food

We were visiting family and decided to order takeout. The clerk at the gas station we stopped at recommended this place, and we're so glad they did! The service was excellent while we waited for our food. We ordered the chicken and steak fajitas for two, and the portions were generous. The guacamole and salsa were tasty as well! Everything was absolutely delicious! We even had leftovers for steak and eggs the next morning.

The food is phenomenal. The manager and other staff was excellent. I always judge a mexican restaurant based on their salsa and chips and enchiladas. If they get these right I will come back. This place was top notch.

Don't miss the roasted salsa; it's served warm and pairs perfectly with tortillas.

The waitress was friendly, but I didn’t receive any offers for refills on salsa or water, and my grilled chicken was served cold. I also didn’t get a very welcoming vibe from the other staff members; they just didn’t seem happy. The food was a bit on the salty side, so if you're sensitive to salt, be cautious. Personally, I found it to be more Tex-Mex than authentic Mexican cuisine. On a positive note, the chips and salsa were absolutely delicious, and I would consider getting some to take home if I'm in the area again. However, there's definitely room for improvement. The restaurant itself is cute, and it seems like there are great people in the neighborhood. I hope they elevate the experience for their customers!

Mediocre at very best the chips were stale the chicken was so dry it was basically inedible the charro beans were cold the rice was hard I would of been happier spending $40 on a hand full of used toothpicks needless to say we won't be back
