Wendy's - Pilot Mountain

I was traveling started getting sleepy so I went through drive thru for some coffee. They made a fresh pot for me. Excellent service.

It was good food decent service but the staff like talking too much

This Wendy's has a friendly staff and management eager to accommodate customer requests. Honestly, the service we received here is some of the best we've experienced at a fast-food restaurant. I ordered a single cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo, along with fries. The burger was hot, the lettuce was crisp, and the bun was fresh, but I noticed that the tomatoes were missing. I can't hold that against the staff; it seems I just got a burger without them this time. If you enjoy tomatoes, you can understand how that might be a bit disappointing. The fries were hot, though they could have been cooked a little longer and seasoned with a bit less salt. Nevertheless, they were still good. My husband ordered a Double Bacon Cheeseburger and a Baked Potato, and he said both were cooked to perfection. A big shout-out to Mike and the team at the Pilot Mountain, NC Wendy's! I highly recommend giving this place a try; you won't regret it.

The food and prices are excellent. If you’re on a budget, their "4 for 4" menu offers a wide variety of options. I really enjoy the Dave's Triple. However, the service could be a bit quicker. They also provide parking and restrooms for disabled patrons. Overall, the staff is mostly friendly and helpful. There's a great selection of both drinks and food. The restaurant and restrooms are very clean. I would definitely go back!
