Victa's Kinalas - Pili

The food here is really delicious! Even though it's located along a rocky road on the way to Legazpi, my family and I enjoyed dining here. It may seem a bit exaggerated, but the food is really good! It's very affordable yet worth every penny. It was my first time trying kinalas, and even my Bicolano father was impressed. That says something, right? Overall, it was a gem of a find. Forget about the restaurants along the main road, this backstreet adventure is worth it! Plus, there's a car wash nearby – a win-win situation.

This is a good place to grab a snack, they serve delicious dishes and the place is okay even though it's small.

Delicious kinalas. However, it was too thick, maybe because there was too little broth and too many noodles, so when you mix it with chicharon, the broth almost disappears. But the taste was really good, the price was affordable, and the staff was attentive.
