Great hidden restaurant. The staff ,Jacklyn,is very helpful and friendly and the menu is the best food around.My husband and I have been here twice so far and we love the food.Tonight I thought I would try the spaghetti and meat balls..It was wonderful.We will make this place a monthly spot .The price is reasonable, and they serve soft drinks and beer,and its very clean..

Not that friendly and the service was slow and couldn't eat the food it was terrible!!! Never again!!!

Delicious Homemade food!! And the staff was friendly and helpful...made me feel like family! I will definitely be coming back!

Ate at the Windmill Restaurant on August 9, 2018. Wasn't a very good selection on the buffet. Ordered from the menu, hamburgers. Food was fair, but noticed a man in the corner booth by front door had a small black poodle cradled in his arm at table level. The staff and owner was okay with this. This was not a service dog, just a pet. He, the man didn't have a meal, and the waitress didn't wipe the table down when he and the dog left. This was both times for my wife and myself, first and last!! This was at the Pikeville, KY Windmill Restaurant.

Great eating experience that day. Unfortunately later circumstances ruined the experience but unrelated ri the restaurant. Good food, friendly staff and peaceful. Nice change of pace.
