Fountainside Doubletree Hilton Pikesville

The restaurant, located in a local hotel, feels quite outdated. While the staff were friendly, the decor seemed stuck in the 1970s, and the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. The carpets and tables looked worn. The food was decent, but not remarkable. We appreciated being able to watch the baseball game from our table in the bar area; otherwise, we likely would have left sooner.

We were looking for a restaurant in Pikesville since we had a performance to attend after dinner. Having dined at several local spots, we wanted to experience something new. The food was excellently prepared, and the service was attentive yet not intrusive. We definitely plan to return in the future.

The service was excellent. We were seated on the side away from the bar which was good because the bar was noisy. The crab cakes I had were delicious but my husband's ribs were dry and tough although he said the flavor was delicious.

The service was excellent, and the restaurant maintained a clean environment. While I felt the prices were somewhat high, they’re justifiable if the food is of good quality. My parents enjoyed their meals, but unfortunately, my pasta was quite bland.
