Gigi's Cupcakes - Pigeon Forge

While waiting for dinner at the restaurant next door, we decided to stop by this place on a whim. O.M.G! It was AMAZING! The young woman working there, who was on her own, was incredibly friendly and answered all our questions. Everything looked so tempting! We sampled four different cupcakes and couldn't believe how delicious they were! They not only looked fantastic but tasted just as good! We tried the cookies and cream (a bit too sweet/rich for my taste, but still really good), cookie dough, red velvet, and wedding cake (our favorite - so incredibly delicious!). I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this place!

The cupcakes were delicious and quite satisfying. The woman who was working that evening was fantastic—very patient and happy to answer all our questions since it was our first visit. I will definitely return whenever I’m in the mood for cupcakes!

Whenever I come across a cupcake bakery, I always have to check it out. I discovered this one while visiting the outlets, and the customer service was exceptional. The young lady at the counter was incredibly friendly and patient, providing great recommendations on flavors. I was thrilled to see a wide selection of both macaroons and cupcakes. While I adore cupcakes, my true passion lies with macaroons. I ended up choosing about five flavors and impulsively added a lemon macaroon at the last minute. I'm so glad I did! The lemon macaroon had the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, with a light, airy cookie exterior. I wanted to savor every bite. If I find myself in this area again, Gigi's Cupcakes will be a must-visit, and I’ll definitely be buying a dozen lemon macaroons. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try my peanut butter chocolate cupcake, but my partner enjoyed a strawberry cupcake that he absolutely loved. It had chunks of strawberry baked right into the batter, which was a lovely surprise. I will definitely be returning!

The young lady who was holding down the fort was amazing! She was such a sweetheart, and she knew her business! We had to get several different cupcakes because they were all so amazing. Thank you so much, this young lady that was at the store, give her a raise!

I mentioned I'm not from Tennessee when I bought em. I asked to please make sure they'd be secure for travel back to indy tomorrow. 6:55pm Sunday. I barley browsed another store before putting the bag on the floor board of my car and checking on these $5 cakes. Smh. Great. Not so much a gift to take back home anymore ???? I can't present these as a gift. The flying cupcake in Indianapolis wouldn't have allowed this to happen.
