Dunkin' - Pigeon Forge

During my travels, Dunkin' Donuts coffee is definitely the best choice.

If I could, I wouldn't give this restaurant any stars. We are visitors from out of town and decided to grab coffee before heading out. The woman at the drive-thru window was not friendly at all. They were out of many items, and despite my husband clearly ordering a hot latte, they gave him an iced coffee after he repeated his order several times.

It was amazing! So sanitary and amazing customer service! I totally recommend visiting!

I just left the restaurant after being told to place my order at a kiosk due to a busy drive-thru. There was no greeting or any kind of polite interaction. Interestingly, there were no cars in line as we left. It seems like they could use more staff or better management. I usually enjoy their coffee, but not today.

Went to get coffee for the wife at the drive thru. When I pulled up to order, was told to wait. Meanwhile the lane next to us got the order for the next 3 cars before getting back to us.
