Trattoria Pizzeria Betty - PIETRASANTA

Was great when we ate here in June 2022 but our recent experience of June 2023 was one of appalling service, indifferent staff and food, that at best was average. Oh, and it's expensive too. New faces at this place since last year so maybe change of ownership. Either way I doubt that we'll return as they have gone downhill.

The food and the staff were excellent Very well located with great service and very good food They accommodated to all our requests.

I normally love my time in Pietrasanta but that evening at trattoria Betty, the long wait for the food, the very poor service (almost rude! made my visit one of the worst ones if not for the good company i was with. Big shame ! I understand the stress of the summer months and too many visitors but if a restaurant cannot handle it , then it should serve less people but with courtesy and politeness ! Really disappointing

Ottima trattoria, personale gentile e veloce nel servire, ottime pietanze consiglio vivamente i tordelli, piatto tipico del luogo. Trattoria in un ottimo contesto storico contrapposto a opere moderne molto simpatiche. Da visitare e degustare le pietanze. Prezzi leggermente più alti ma conviene per mangiare bene. Consiglio di provate. Buon pranzo.
