Excellent meat restaurant with Piedmont specialties. the location is located along the road just outside the pedestrian center of stone. Maybe from the outside does not convince as much as the moment when you start eating. paper very rich of options with many varieties of tartare and meat, while the first dishes are few. excellent wine paper and interesting proposals at the glass. we have tasted a moth tartare with gorgonzola, a rib and ravioli of plin to ragù. we then finished with the classic cantucci and vin santo.
