Burger King - Pierce County

I enjoy writing positive reviews, but I absolutely dislike writing negative ones. I really like the food at BK when it is prepared correctly. Unfortunately, this is the fourth time in a row that my order has been incorrect and I have ended up paying for something I didn't receive. I understand that mistakes happen, especially when staff are training or busy, but I typically visit at night when the drive-thru is not crowded. Despite this, there always seems to be a mistake in my order, as there was again tonight. I hope that someone can double-check the orders to prevent this from happening in the future. I don't like having to complain, but this situation has become frustrating. Hopefully, my review can help improve the training process.

Devin, the late-night manager, is probably the best thing to happen to this restaurant. If I'm passing through on 410, I'll definitely be stopping by here more often. The food is fresh and fast, the service is friendly, and the place is clean!
