As residents of Saint-Sauveur, we were pleasantly surprised to discover a wine bar that truly deserves the name in our village. The service and food are also worthy of a 5-star rating!

Baumier is by far the best restaurant in the region. dishes are made with seasonal foods and quebec. It's an experience, it's gotta be guided by the people who work there. He can arrange the dishes and the wine. nice private import. Everything is uncovered. the prorio are the chief and the sommelier and they are accomplices of each butcher. the decors are beautiful, the atmosphere is great and clearly everyone who works his passion there. I really recommend living this experience. Let yourself go and you'll love it.

What a delightful dining experience! The flavors were exceptional, featuring local dishes, and although the service could have been better, Mademoiselle Audrey really made it a memorable occasion. You simply have to experience it for yourself. Thank you once again for a lovely evening!

The dishes are appetizing and delicious, making them a joy to share. The only downside is that they don't offer alcohol-free beer.
