Pizza Hut - Piedmont

This experience doesn't even deserve the 1 star, but I had to give one to post. I ordered from this pizza hut many times before, no problem. Before tonight, my husband ordered and they doubled him... of course they gave him back what was a good choice for her. I'm usually calm, so I thought I should handle things this time. I ordered our food at 7:24 tonight, received a 10 to 20 minutes window for delivery, waited up to 8:30 to call pizza hat to see exactly what was before and apparently there was confusion on more it was delivery or pickup, although if the order online line I did not press the delivery option paid to mention the delivery fee plus tipped the delivery fee is the tip... we don't have a problem being generous, but that wasn't indicative enough for them... I explained it was for delivery and was said it would be another 25 minutes. Well, it finally appeared after 9:00. But this will be our last time, they do not deserve our business or our generosity.

Had only a bad experience with this pizza hut placed an order it was late the rider lost pizza was cold and demanded sauces were left when we called to the night shift MANAGER offered to exchange the order by delivery an hour later I asked for compensation that I did not have to ask if the returned pizza would be thrown away she said yes, so I have offered to withdraw the order, so I would keep the ****

Long time and last time customer. I ordered my food on the pizza hat app for the execution. We have no diet Pepsi (which I had ordered) or other drinks beside Mountain Dew. I don't like Mtn Dew, so I asked her to take it out of the order. It does not come from my credit card bc it was part of a lunch special. So I paid for two drinks I didn't get. No excuses, no offer to the drinks for later, no offer for everything. Bye Pizza Hut, you lost a regular customer.

I have used mobile app that feeds my 3 children and my aunt with me for $10.80 I recommend to anyone who uses the mobile apps for each restaurant, you will always find carry out offers and special promo offers, so yes check all mobile apps for any restaurants, but pizza hat yes $10.80 can not beat it

I must say, I?m very impressed with Pizza Hut tonight. My pizza was out for delivery too long and I called back and the Asst Manager went above and beyond to make it right!! And the pizza was hot and fresh when they redone it!! Kudos to them and thank you for the Credit also!!!
