Mcdonald's - Piedmont

The visit to this restaurant was as expected for a typical fast food joint. I noticed that this place attracts a lot of tourists, as it is located right off of I-85. Late at night, the service can be hit or miss depending on how busy they are. I have visited this restaurant at various times of the day and have never received bad food or terrible service - although I have had to wait longer for my order on a few occasions. The overall cleanliness is good, and the updated decor is nice. They also accept Apple Pay, making payment convenient.

I visited the restaurant and placed my order with a friendly crew who greeted me with big smiles. Unfortunately, I received the wrong order by mistake but the staff quickly corrected it. However, I noticed that the kitchen's thermoprinter was not working properly, making it difficult to confirm the details of the food. Despite not getting exactly what I ordered, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. It's important not to dwell on small mistakes and leave negative reviews that don't help anyone. Everyone makes mistakes, and it's unfair to expect perfection from the hardworking staff.
