Rooster's - Pickerington

Roosters is a NO BRAINER here in Pickerington. Actually, I have been to several locations and have never been disappointed actually. The service is good, the food is hot, and the sports ambiance fits the locale where it is located all the way up to the Pro 's! It never seems to be not busy and the place just never seems to be big enough. Absolutely amazing place to have dinner, catch up with friends and drink a few cold ones and watch the game.

Parking: Parking lot at this Roosters is always crowded. Recently they took spots and designated them for EV's, which are now empty 75% of the time. Cars are often circling the parking lot looking for a spot. Common to see 4-5 cars parked along the curb of the restaurant, so they can run inside and pick-up their carry out. This makes it dangerous for cars to drive around the carry-out parked cars. The parking situation here is a mess and very disorganized. Host stand: Immediately after walking inside the restaurant, the host greeted us, I put my name on the wait list and was told the wait was no longer than 10 minutes. We then waited for 40 minutes to be seated... then we were seated in a small booth. 6 large bodybuilder men all over 6' tall and all around 300Lbs squeezed into a small booth instead of putting us at a table... Ooof, tight squeeze, haha. Server: Our server was friendly and got all of our orders correct, but she never refilled any of our drinks during the 1-1/2 hours we sat at our table. At the end, she asked us to pay, so she could leave.. Food: Food was delicious, all the stars on this review are for the food. Roosters has never failed, I've been to 4ea locations and they all have been consistently delicious. Food took about 15 minutes to be delivered to table. Bathrooms: Restroom was a mess. Very obvious no one cleans the restroom during business hours. Ambiance: The volume of the restaurant is loud. Not a good place for a first date, but it is a great place for dinner or lunch with friends. Lots of televisions and social noise, but it makes it a causal fun place to be. Service was poor, but food was delicious. We will be back.

The food was horrible. The chicken was slimy. Had no sauce I ordered bbq, and garlic parm together and it was dry. The fries were cold and dry. Never again

The place is a joke. Just a job. No advancement. The staff is great. Management sucks. Food is microwaveable.

Never had a problem with roosters until I placed a carry out order 30 minutes before closing. My wings taste as if they were sitting in grease. The wings were greasy and dry. The fries taste as if they were under of heat lamp too long. Very dry. I didn't call to complain only because I live 20 minutes away. Other than that the food was always good. The service has always been great. Just don't feed ur customers dry greasy old food. Which is why I haven't been there since.
