Omezzo - Pickerington

We enjoy exploring new restaurants and were in the mood for Italian cuisine without heading to Short North. I thought the Shrimp Omezzo was really good, and the shrimp tasted fresh. The garlic toast with marinara was also very tasty. However, the margarita pizza lacked flavor. Despite that, we would definitely return to try other dishes. The service was prompt and pleasant!

But the situation only worsened. I ordered the lobster bisque, which turned out to be extremely bland, and then the veal parmesan for my main course. I was completely shocked and disappointed to find that what was served was not a real veal cutlet, but rather a frozen veal patty—basically processed food! When I inquired about it, the owner's wife informed me that this is what their culture considers veal. I have never received processed food at a restaurant that claims to offer authentic cuisine, and this was a far cry from that expectation. I don't mind spending money on a good meal, and I would have even ordered another bottle of wine or desserts, but the food was so disappointing that we left it untouched on our plates. Not that I would have accepted a free meal, but there was no offer of compensation either. If you're searching for genuine Italian food, I would recommend looking elsewhere, as this place doesn't deliver on that promise.

I visited this restaurant for the first time with friends, one of whom had been here before. The service was excellent, and I enjoyed the food—it was fine for me, although my friends really loved it. I value good service and friendly staff, which made the experience even better.

Just finished a meal for 3 spaghetti and meatballs one cheese pizza one triple meat pizza 2 lobster bisque bowls with garlic toast which all were extremely delicious. Treated with the best customer service and felt like we had a real Italian experience.Will definitely come again. Please give this restaurant a try you will be pleased.

This is our favorite Italian restaurant. We?re regulars, so I don?t know why I haven?t posted a review after all the times we?ve been. Most authentic Italian food in Columbus; the food is always delicious, they got out their way with the service (Chefalways comes out to check on you) and you can?t go wrong with any dish, although the Lobster Ravioli is my favorite!
