Giant Eagle Bakery - Pickerington

The menu options were limited, but the quality of the food exceeded expectations. Delivery issues cannot be attributed to Dw-Shop. The cashier was very friendly and the restaurant was immaculately clean.

I had a terrible experience at this location the other day and wanted to leave a review. The customer service was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Despite living here for 8 years, we rarely visit this restaurant due to the poor service. The staff was rude and we were disappointed with the quality of the cakes from Giant Eagle. The section is becoming more run down. Yesterday, I overheard my husband struggling to order a cake, and it felt like a painful dental visit just listening to him.

Superior store in many ways. I saved $15 on my grocery bill 2 weeks ago because I accumulated enough points. I wish your application would have a search button so I can find items while in the store. I have been regularly shopping here for 3 months and I am still finding new items to enjoy.Keep up the terrific job your entire staff is doing.
