Pizza Nova - Pickering

If you acre about your health; stay away from here!!!!! Worst pizza ever!!!!! Can 't say it enough!!! Either the pizza was made of BURNT PLASTIC OR THE COOK IS DELIBERATELY SABOTAGING THIS PLACE. Look at the pictures.. TWO HUGE SHEETS OF BLACK UNEDIBLE PIZZA? To make matters worse they offered no refund, just a credit for more HORRIBLE BURNT PLASTIC PIZZA

I have been going there since last winter and I at least go their once a month. Pizza was cooked fresh and well done.

This place used to be fantastic, you felt like family. The owner passed away and not sure who takes over now. When we walked in we wanted some slices, there was a couple of selections, just pepperoni wasnt available...but there was a big square pepperoni pizza in the box in the window...we asked for a slice, and they said you can only buy the whole thing...ok, weird I thought, why is it just sitting in a box for someone to order the entire thing..if I'm buying a whole pizza I want it fresh, not warmed. So we got other slices, as we were waiting outside for our uber, it never came and my phone died...I went inside to ask if I could borrow there phone to call a taxi as my phone died...they immediately said no, I asked if they could call one as my family and I are outside in the cold and our uber never showed up, a young girl said that's not my job and walked away. Very very disappointed how this once great place with great employees turned so rude.

I 've been a long time customer of PIZZA NOVA and reason why is that they have always put out a good quality pizza. PIZZA NOVA places I ordered from were in Toronto and I 've never had any issues with any locations, always a great pizza. I moved from Toronto to Pickering so of course the first pizza place I was going to was PIZZA NOVA on Kingston Rd. Wasn 't impressed but gave it as a night off. Tried again and same thing, horrible. That was it so I discovered Aunt 'y Recipe in Ajax and have stuck with them. Few months ago my daughter ordered a party size from PIZZA NOVA and from 5 people there were squares left over because of how bad it was. The other night she once again ordered and same thing, She knew of my feelings but this time she was really put off and vocal which resulted in me calling in and when directed to customer service with a complain of no cheese, barely no cheese and the doe isn 't even cooked. We have 11 squares left over from 5 people it 's that bad Customer service informed me all ingredients are weighed so they should always be the same with every order They 're not all weighed, they put ingredients on by hand as we wait for the pizza. Either way these pizzas do not own up to the quality PIZZA NOVA pizzas that I have had and I 've been a long time customer My daughter was given a free 2 topping party size for next time but there will only be 4 people sharing that one as I 've had 4 bad pizzas from this location. I 'll wait until I visit Toronto again and go to one where the quality is there and what you pay for, not $36 for a party size with slices that got thrown out.

I usually phone in my order and am pleased that I don't have to remember what I had the last time as they have it in their files. Food is delivered as ordered and in good time. Delivery driver is friendly
