Harvey's - Pickering

**Vegetarian options:** They offer a veggie burger, salads, baked potatoes, and onion rings. **Kid-friendliness:** The restaurant has plenty of tables and also high chairs available. **Parking:** There are other businesses in the plaza where Harvey's is located, so parking is easy to find, and they also have a drive-thru. **Wheelchair accessibility:** The doors are wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility devices.

Harvey's Pickering is possibly the most disrespectful burger restaurant I've ever been to. I spend over $200 a week there, yet the customer service is consistently rude. They also refuse to serve anything after 11:30 PM, which feels misleading for the Pickering location.

I had a great experience with the customer service at this restaurant! I asked for a cup of water for my dog on a hot day, and they gladly gave me a large cup of fresh, cold water. A few weeks ago at Wendy's, they charged me 20 cents for a cup, so I really appreciated Harvey's generous attitude. Plus, the burgers are amazing!

I ordered two double cheeseburger combos, but neither of them came with cheese. The staff insisted that we hadn’t requested cheese at all. They did remake the second order, but instead of two patties, there was only one. This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last.

Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is generally kid-friendly, but during my visit, I found it did not feel particularly accommodating for children.
