Burger King - Pickering

I thought I ordered a strawberry lemonade, not a glass of ice. This is mostly ice, not 60% lemonade! It's more like 80% ice. When we asked about it, the employee insisted that's how it's supposed to be.

I had the worst experience going through the drive-through tonight at 2 a.m. The Lady who was taking my order had no customs service skills. I went to Burger King to get my pregnant wife food, and this lady was giving me attitude every time I asked her a question and or asked my wife what she wanted. The Lady kept telling me I couldn't use my mobile app and could not order certain things. She told me the milkshake machine was broken. Finally, after 2 minutes of dealing with one of the most unprofessional people I've encountered in a very long time, I got upset because she was being rude for no reason; she then refused to serve me and told me to drive off. So I drove to the window and asked to have someone else in the establishment take my order; and everyone inside was looking at me and laughing, then they proceeded to turn their backs and walk off. Corporate needs to follow up, because I've read reviews with similar complaints about this location at night. Where do they get off-treating customers like this? Without customers, that location would be nonexistent, and they'd all be out of work. This is by far the worse burger king experience I've ever had.

Whopper meat dryer out , terrible onion rings , no cars in line now I know

I had a double whopper at this restaurant yesterday and ended up with food poisoning. I started experiencing diarrhea 8 hours after the meal. It was a terrible experience.

Extremely bad place to go to. The manager named Narmada was so rude to me and my family when i asked for an extra drink after i ordered. I forgot to order one, but then asked to add one when i got to the window and this person was so rude that i didnt want to eat there anymore. she started saying things like If you cant order at the speaker, please dont come here. . I hope the people in charge sees this and takes appropriate action, people like Narmada is the one thats affecting the reputation of this store.
