Boston Pizza - Pickering

I have visited this restaurant twice now to eat and wanted to ensure I did not have any negative reactions before writing my review. I have a severe gluten allergy, so I always make sure to communicate this to the staff to avoid any cross-contamination in the kitchen. On both occasions, I ordered the royal Hawaiian pizza on the cauliflower crust. It was so delicious that I had to double-check that it was gluten-free! (It was easy to tell because the gluten-free pizza was smaller than their regular "small" size). The staff took all necessary precautions, and I felt great after both meals. The menu at the restaurant clearly indicates which pizzas have gluten-free toppings and are available on a gluten-free crust. I wish the online ordering app allowed for this customization, as it currently only allows for creating a custom pizza with up to four toppings. Hopefully, Boston Pizza can address this issue in the future!

Rutvik was amazing, he remembered us from months ago he was so helpful and kind and made the experience fantastic even after items we had come to have were not in stock. As a customer service manager, I am very critical of the service I receive and his was well above.

We had great service from Rutvik at the Pickering location. The food was delicious and the birthday treat was gorgeous!

Ordered on Skip the Dishes and the driver did not get the pizza due to some error. The restaurant personally called me, asked me if it was okay for them to personally deliver the pizza. Came within 15 mins and the young lady at the door was so polite and apologetic. Extremely good service. I have been ill for three weeks and wanted some good pizza. This establishment went beyond what was asked of them to make sure I received my food. I am extremely grateful, as I understand the food industry is not easy. I did it myself for a bit. I don’t think I have ever given a google review before but for the extreme amount of kindness these workers showed totally deserves to be seen by everyone. I highly recommend here for the absolute dedicated service you will receive. Thank you Boston Pizza Pickering!

We arrived with a party of nine at 10:50 PM and were welcomed in warmly, after being turned away by Sabinas (they said it was too late even though they didn't close until 1:00 AM). The food and service were great and fast. Kudos to our server Samantha, who was fast, efficient, polite and friendly. It was a great late night experience at Boston Pizza!
