Baskin Robbins - Pickering Canada

Their was a worker there named Benon, he had professional customer service, and was very kind to not only me but everyone he served. I think he has a bright future in this company and could be the next manager of the store.

I have been going to Bakins on Liverpool for as long as I can remember. For me going out for ice cream is treating myself after a long days work only to be disappointed by the size of their scoops. Not only is the scoops now measured for some reason but they are so small compared to the heafty price being charged. As of today I will never visit another Baskin Robin's again. People come to your store to feel a sense of happiness while eating that yummy treat, but you are now just the opposite. Sad the way you are running your business.

I drive from Bowmanville to specifically visit this locations. Each time the staff working are friendly and courteous.Today specifically I was looking for the Mom's Making Cookies flavour that has been advertised as the flavour of the month and after a stop at a closer location they told us they did not carry that flavour yet it was on the flyer at the front of the store. We were disappointed and called other locations nearby, Pickering was the only location to answer their phone and even let me know that yes they have the flavour in store. We then made our way to the store and the employee was super kind and friendly. The Pickering location made my day today. Thank you!

Staff are always very kind, quite frankly they're much nicer than they should be all things considered

Awesome customer service by Anika. She attended to me as I walked in and took care of my order to the end by cashing me out. I appreciated her help, patience and suggestion about the writing on the ice cream cake I ordered for my daughter. Thank you Anika!
