Bidrage med feedbackYesterday I ordered with Glovo at 7.40pm and waited until 10.15pm for an order that never arrived. I had first contacted the place where they told me to send the screenshot of the order on WhatsApp, where I was told that in reality the place was closed through a message, after which I contacted Glovo asking for explanations, the place did not respond more alive, he didn't answer calls. Seriousness and professionalism 0. Do I recommend it? If you want to be taken for a ride, just order. Never again.
Horrible treatment
Ordered on the Glovo app, every time their delivery time changed, called Glovo assistance, canceled the order and had a refund (If you don't want to work and respect the delivery times, at least tell us we know). Please know that you are done with me as a customer forever
Terrible and rude service. After ordering 2 simple pizzas, with waiting times of 20 minutes, the time extended to 2 HOURS. After several phone calls where no one could explain themselves well in understandable Italian, they show up with the wrong order. I contact them again and I am given the number of the master who never answered a phone call. Zero rating, zero service, quality 2. If you can, avoid trouble. Order elsewhere
