Authentic Spanish cuisine in Piacenza. From the classic Valencian paella to the simpler vegetarian one, adding the inevitable tapas and sangria which combines everything well. A simply stellar dinner. I also compliment the unexpectedly good desserts: I didn 't remember the creme brulee being so delicious; Plus, I didn 't expect that the fig and vanilla ice cream pairing would be my favorite course of all I serve. It makes me want to return to this place soon even just for this dessert. The service was also much appreciated: you can see that the waiter cares about what he does. Always ready to intervene and friendly during the management of everything. I have never been full in every sense at the end of a dinner as I was in this case. We can 't wait to try the rest the menu has to offer.
