Chiere Pane Pizza Piacenza

I've been several times, pizza is always delicious. Crunchy, digestible and filling is rich with top quality ingredients. It is noted a refined and a study in combinations, which are certainly not improvised, as they denote the various awards received, certainly deserved. Sorry for the two middle-aged gentlemen I think are the owners, little empathic. When I called on Wednesday to book a table for 2 people, I explicitly said that we would arrive at 21:30, I specified it because on other occasions I was told that at about 22 the oven is turned off. At the entrance we are greeted by the waitress to which I refer of my reservation, I do not make in time to finish the sentence that from a corner of the room, sitting near a shelf, the lord introduces and specifies that the reservation was for 21, as to mark a possible delay, sin I arrived at 21:18 therefore also in advance regarding my reservation. Precisely that the phone call received the wife and that therefore could not know what time I had actually booked, but all three have widened the arms as to say 'if you just insist, sit where you want'...we felt uncomfortable all night long. Even the maid who is usually super available, treated us almost as if they were doing us a favor to serve us pizza.. 44,50 € well spent, for charity, but we were not given... precise that the room was almost empty with a couple of tables occupied by people who had already finished the consumption and who have protracted beyond our stay. Perhaps we would have preferred that we were asked to return to another occasion rather than be treated like this. Congratulations on pizza, great!

Excellent food quality. Crunchy pizza with long leaven pasta. Cotta excellently. Friendly and quick service. The environment can be improved.
