When it comes right down to it, Pizza Hut pizza is hard to beat.

I don’t mind spending a little extra on the food but when I placed a order for delivery got told the wait time was 45 minutes it took them almost 3 hrs for them to get my food to me

Phone call: Can you add my address (3.2 miles from their store) for delivery? My neighbor a 100 yards away gets delivered. I just want to order on the app and not call.Ambrosia the store manager: Nope. That 's never going to happen at my store!Me: You delivered to me 2 months ago and that 's a horrible attitude to take when you say that 's never going to happen at my store like you 're very proud to say it. Can I speak to the manager.Ambrosia: I am the manager. We never delivered to you.Me: Yes you have, depends on who is working whether or not I get my food delivery when I call and place the order. I 've order often. You 've delivered to me for years. I just want to make it easier for both of us and order through the app.Ambrosia: This is my store. That 's got to get approved through me and we 're never going to deliver to your address.Me: So you can approve it?Ambrosia: I 'm not... do door dash if you want our pizza delivered. We got a new system owned byv a New compa......(I hung up)She was rude, proud, unprofessional, zero customer empathy, and kept talking over anything I added. Definitely was a one-sided conversation.

The meats pizza was loaded up with meat. Only complaint crust couldve been a little brown a little.

I love Pizza Hut, and I don’t mind spending a little extra for food I love but the delivery time is TERRIBLE. It was estimated 45 minute wait but we waited WELL OVER an hour to get our food and the restaurant is 10 minutes from our house. DONT NOT ORDER DELIVERY.
