Seven Stars Inn - Phoenixville

We had a great meal. Food and service was outstanding. Two slight complaints...portions too big for us old guys... found it noisy. So this is an update to my last review. The first time we went we had a good meal with good service. This time not so much. The meal was OK but not sure it is worth the kind of money we paid. The first part of our bad experience was that the menu at the restaurant differed than what was on the website. We had a person with us who was gluten intolerant and the menu on the website gave them many options. When we got to the restaurant the menu was different and there were not options for a gluten free person. In fairness the restaurant did their best to accommodate. The service was just OK but we felt slower than it should have been, not that we were in a hurry but it just seemed slow. Our main server rarely checked in, his assistant did. Little things made our visit less than we hoped. For example my wife asked for prosecco but out came a small bottle that was really brut champagne. In all we have eaten in better places and will probably not consider seven stars as an option for us.

A historic gem! Lots of character delicious food AND drinks! A bit more expensive, but you do get what you pay for here. The 10oz twin Lobster tails were sooo good- ate them both: My husband said the NY strip steak was great. Their Lemon drop martini White Cranberry martini... simply amazing! We went here for our special Christmas Eve dinner. What a treat! We'll be back!

It's Ungodly expensive but you get what you pay for. The service and food are amazing. Expect 100$ a person minimum.

It had been over 20 years since I had been here. I am sad our family waited that long to go back to this gem of a local, long time amazing restaurant. The portions are huge! They are known for it. The food is spectacular and they know what they are doing after all these years and it is just as good or even better than I remember it. We went to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary and everything was amazing. They made accommodations for my mother's gluten allergy. The prime rib... chefs kiss. The lobster tail... can not be beat! The service was stellar and they made sure everything was to your liking. Yes, it is expensive but is it worth it? I can not give you a bigger yes, it is worth every penny!
