Current people working there just don't care. Had my order messed up twice with no communication. First time I ordered some chocolate frosty and they didn't tell me they ran out of chocolate, didn't care as much. Second time I go up I order 1 large frosty and two smalls for my sister and mom and when I get up there I'm handed 4 smalls with no explanation. I'm still in the drive-thru trying to get the employee's attention but he's clearly ignoring me as did another employee even though we made eye contact, but then I had to get out of my car and go inside to get an answer which was they were out of large cups. Why couldn't I just gotten an explanation when I pulled up to the drive-thru..
Well as long g as you don't ask for no dressing you will be fine problem they just don't leave off the mayo they didn't give the tomato or the bacon that goes on a chicken but this time I didn't ask for no dressing and they put so much mayo on that it ruins the bun by the Time you take one bite. So you decide what's more important lol. And not sure why but this Wendy's never has any lights on around the building so if there isn't a line of cars it looks like they are already closed.
Finally putting in a review. I haven 't been to Wendy 's in so long I decided to visit this location about 6-9 months ago. I was happy there was no line in the drive thru and found out why. I ordered a salad with cranberries or maybe strawberries, it sounded really good. I think it may have been a spring salad. When I drove up to the window I was informed they had run out of the salad dressing that goes with the salad and offered me Ranch or Caesar. The problem is, I had been eating a lot of salads lately using Ranch and Caesar at home. I was really looking forward to a different tasting salad. So I was disappointed and asked if instead I could have a refund. The worker seemed confused and went to tell the manager. You could hear the disbelief of the male manager as he loudly repeated she wants a refund? So the manager came to the window and pretending he was going to hand me the money. He instead threw it at me and it landed everywhere inside my car!!! He quickly spun around and rushed away. I was so shocked, I have never experienced such rude behavior from any fast food establishment, and thought my request for a refund was not unreasonable. I asked the very young male working the window for the manager 's name but he refused. I just drove away thinking I would post the complaint sooner. But finally just chalked it up to people working there hating their job. I have never gone back since. I 'm not sure I will ever go to a Wendy 's again.
This Wendy's is only okay, they mess your order up 50% of the time. Wendy's food can come out pretty good when prepared right but this location doesn't do something right in the kitchen. This is my opinion but I have eaten here a lot of times and have had more mistakes and bad food than I can even write about.
