Bidrage med feedbackWe love wendys but. this visit was a bad experience, the cashier did not give me my 13, which lead to an unpleasant encounter with diana the manager. I felt like I was doing something wrong. diana said she gave you your change! I'm sorry she didn't. just before she gave me a bag with the burgers that had been eating when I never wanted to get that, I asked for my reception. then I said that I get my change, she said you gave me 58, yes, I have sent you 20:58 my order was 7.58 she the cashier disappeared behind the wall, diana comes into the window said good I need to count her register. okay, then they need to revive my frosty because I'm sure they melt before her conclusion. I park in the feeling, embarrassing, as if it were wrong, as everyone talks about me. diana comes out and says they're sure she didn't give it back to them? her drawer was in order! I understand that there are people who are questionable, but I was raised morally and misunderstood. after the confirmation to diana that she did not have my 13 given. I should have said look at your video material diana and maybe someone can apologize to me instead of feeling like I'm a thief. Btw level doesn't mean a cheese! but after the fiasco, my son, as he was always hungry, he ate 1 burger, tormented the other. in the afterth maybe they give the reception to change customers? Why do I always have to ask for my intervention?
The new French fries are already a long one. but they usually look like the old French pommes. most burned or soggy. the nuggets were dry. I'm pretty sure the people who have gone to wendy lately were for the new ones. but as I said, they look as bad as the old pommes. it seems as if no one is more proud of their work. it seems like nobody cares.
The food didn't taste fresh today. wendy’s please fix it so they don’t lose customers. also, add more ice in their drinks when the journey thru
Online orders should be ready when we come in, we shouldn't have to check in and then wait another ten minutes just to see staff walking around with a towel on his head wipe his face and then handle food. Cashier handles cash with fake nails and then goes to handle food with no gloves but then again what's the point of wearing gloves if you are touching every surface and then handle food.... what ever happened to the managers taking SafeServe..
Nothing like practically RAW bacon on their breakfast sandwiches! Who doesn't know what practically RAW bacon looks like before slapping on a sandwich and serving to unsuspecting customers? And who has time to inspect every sandwich for almost RAW bacon each and every time before they eat it. Between this Wendy's and the one at Litchfield I 10 that serves salads with sliced apples that still has the produce stickers on it , how can anyone still give them their business??? Not this guy. Not anymore.
