The Habit Burger Grill - Phoenix

One thing I really admire about this restaurant is its consistency. The food quality is always top-notch and the atmosphere is fantastic. It's a very clean place to dine as well.

I used to give this restaurant 5 stars, then 4, but now only 1. The customer service keeps getting worse with each visit. It seems like the employees have forgotten that cleaning is part of their job description, or maybe they feel too good to clean. I don't know, but I do know that I will not be returning to that location.

2 drinks, 2 burgers and 2 Fry's $30. Worth maybe 20?

Everything is great about this place except for service. I made simple request and they were ignored. I asked for one sandwich no mayo and one sandwich no lettuce. Both were wrong and made the burgers hard to enjoy.

The lazy employee was reckless doesn't pay attention and has no attention at all to detail. There was am item in my drink a whole top from a cup just yuck!!! I filed a complaint with the escalated team with DD about this I can't even speak to the manager directly so sad. PAY ATTENTION!
