The Gingersnap Bakery - Phoenix

Thank you Gingersnap Bakery for making me the most beautiful Birthday Cake. I loved the raspberry swirl cake with the almond buttercream filling.

We had an amazing Super Mario cake made for my son's 7th birthday party. The cake surpassed all of our thoughts and expectations and was absolutely delicious to boot! Was hard to cut into this masterpiece but every bite made it worth it.

I am so happy we went with this bakery for our wedding. The owner listens and makes your vision come to life! I am so happy with how everything came out : oh yeah and along with her work being beautiful, it is deeeelicious!!

I got my wedding cake, mini cannoli's and mini creme puffs from the Gingersnap Bakery and I couldn't be more satisfied with how everything tasted and turned out! They did a beautiful job with the cake, and it was so delicious even though we only got one bite! Haha can't wait to eat the top of our cake next year! Kelsie and her staff are wonderful, and they did an excellent job! I highly recommend the Gingersnap Bakery for all your special occasions and guilty pleasures!

We got married in September at Hotel Syracuse and worked with Kelsie at The Gingersnap Bakery for our cake and desserts for our wedding! We had tasted a bunch of different flavors of cakes from them and they were all SO good and made it hard to decide what kind of cake we wanted for the wedding! Kelsie was super easy to work with. We had a zoom call to discuss what we wanted and she drew out an idea of what our wedding cake would look like. On the day of, the cake looked and tasted absolutely amazing, along with all of the other desserts!! So amazing that all of the desserts went! (and there was a couple hundred of them) Thank you Kelsie and the Gingersnap!
