Thai E-san - Phoenix

Have always liked this place but Chicken Satay so unbelievably fatty that it must intentional--cost saving. Shame on me, noticed last time or two.

Thai food at its best. I have been here several times and get the massaman curry. The lunch special includes an egg roll and a bowl of soup. Truly flavorful. Clean atmosphere, clean bathrooms and speedy service.Food: 5/5

*take the level of spiciness seriously here*We got a level 3 spice for our Tom Kha soup, it was so good because we love spicy! Would recommend lvl 1 or 2 for people who prefer less spicyWe tried the Rad Na, Fried Pork Jerky, pretty good!(Not in picture) love the Drunken Noodle Panang Curry! ?visiting phoenix from nyc, and I would say that I was pleasantly surprised at the thai food here!! So good!

Some of the dishes were good, and some were disappointing. It's definitely not the best. The cocky soup was delightful. The yellow Curry was delicious. However the panang curry and the pad se ew were both lacking in flavor and beef in both dishes was overcooked. Also the chicken Satay was dry. The service was not really friendly at all they seemed very annoyed just in general.

The coconut soup is amazing. I had the Royal Yellow Curry and would definitely recommend it! I tried one of the skewers and I would definitely order them again.Food: 5/5
