Taco Bell - Phoenix

The restaurant can get busy between 7 and 8 PM, but the wait is definitely worth it—usually no more than 10 minutes. The drive-thru lines move fairly quickly. Today, around 8 or 8:30 PM, it wasn’t busy at all. I was on my way home and decided to stop in for a meal. The Wild Strawberry Limonade Freeze is a great option, especially during Happy Hour from 2 to 5 PM when drinks are just $1.00. Overall, I prefer Del Taco, but when it's closed, I choose Taco Bell. Their $5.00 boxes are generous and offer great value. Thank you!

It's Taco bell. Wrong advertising, I've never seen a bell. It is the McDonald's of Mexican food, we don't eat there because of its good quality, we eat there because it is cheaply fast and artificially flavored to be deceptively delicious. It is pasteurized process for the product and it is a guilty pleasure for all. What else do you want?

If you've read my reviews before, you know I value honesty. I've noticed a significant difference between the service during the day and at night. During the day, my orders are usually correct, but at night, there are far too many mistakes that require me to return during the day to fix them. I wanted to understand what was happening, and it seems that the night team is not paying attention to their tasks. They're too busy chatting instead of focusing on their work. As a result, the drive-thru line can get so long that parked cars can't exit. There needs to be less talking and more attention to the job. Managers should prioritize keeping their staff focused on their responsibilities rather than discussing employee performance. It's clear which shift is committed to customer service and which is not. It's disappointing...

The drive-thru experience has always been excellent—service is incredibly fast. Every time I've placed an order, I've received everything I asked for, which is fantastic because I've had my fair share of places that get it wrong. It's frustrating when you don't get something you ordered, but at this Taco Bell, that hasn't been an issue. So, I would suggest this Taco Bell as a good spot to order food and take it with you, but I wouldn't recommend eating there on-site.
