Sweet Republic - Phoenix

Showed up and at first nobody was there. I had to ask someone if it was opened and then a lady said she could help us. The waffle cones looked like they were sitting out so I opted for a scoop. The lady did offer us samples, I tried the almond butter crunch and liked it enough to get a scoop in a cup. For $4.99 it was a little smaller than I would have liked. It was good ice cream but I probably could live without going again.

Disappointed in the customer service performed. I was there first and employee just got the people who just arrived totally ignored me. I am guessing it is all about i am very disappointed

The customer service here is phenomenal. If you are far from home and want a down to earth and delicious treat between flights, this is your place. Lisa made the perfect recommendation and was the most friendly and informed person in the whole airport. The ice cream is a little on the higher side, but worth every penny. Rich, home style with fresh made cone. This will be a regular stop for me when passing through Phoenix.

At the airport with a layover, so of course I was tempted. Ice cream is a temptress!Tried the banana foster and asked myself why not? Not often you see this flavor so I treated myself to a single scoop.The ice cream tasted delicious in the test but in the actual scoop it was too icy for my liking. Towards the end of the day most of the flavors are sparse and gone, so you're left with the less popular offerings.It's not bad for airport ice cream but definitely didn't hit the spot. Less ice please.

I have been to Sweet Republic many, many times, at both this location, and their Scottsdale location. This restaurant will always hold a dear place in my heart. Sweet Republic introduced me to the world of ingenious ice cream flavors. They 'll make you go, That can be turned into an ice cream flavor? And the answer will always be yes. And it 's amazing. Sweet Republic likes to change up their ice cream flavors based on the season, at the time, they have flavors from vanilla to espresso, honey lavender to vegan sorbet. If you ever wonder what a flower would taste with ice cream, you have to try their honey lavender or rose flavors. They 're sweet, satisfying, and refreshing. You can 't go wrong with this place. They 're open pretty late, too, either 10pm or 11pm depending on the day, and it 's just a fun, chill atmosphere to hang out with your friends. I can 't recommend this place enough.
