Bidrage med feedbackThe customer service at this restaurant is incredibly poor. They have a disrespectful attitude towards Asians. We will not be returning.
Esteban was very uncooperative. He displayed a passive aggressive attitude, was rude, made me feel rushed, and avoided making eye contact. Additionally, other employees at the restaurant had similar off-putting attitudes.
I recently visited a Subway where I spent $17 on two sandwiches that I had to leave right away. The person who made my sandwiches, unfortunately, did not have a name tag so I am unable to provide their name. They appeared to be sick and possibly intoxicated, not wearing a mask and visibly dripping their nose in several places, including on their clothes and potentially in my food. Despite having to ask multiple times to clarify my order of a six-inch Sharp Italian and a Steak and Cheese sandwich, the most concerning aspect was the dripping nose issue. When it came time to pay, they had to call another employee named Esteban to complete the transaction as they were having difficulty with the computer. Esteban provided great customer service, but I ultimately had to leave the food behind as I did not feel comfortable eating it.
I live here for 21 years and have long gone to the subway. everyone is friendly and eating is great. they have a high turnover rate for employees, but they are properly trained, so that's okay.
Lately they always have issues when I come so I don't go to this one anymore
